WHAT WE INVENTED
Winner of Gold, 3 Silvers, and 2 Bronzes in the Music category at the CLIO Awards. A unprecedented project where over 120 musicians and music streamers performed a live session of "FRIENDS!!!," a song written specifically for this project by new-generation artist imase. Under the concept "Music is more fun when played together," the project utilized Yamaha's AI "Sheet Music Difficulty Conversion Technology." By generating sheet music at four different difficulty levels tailored to individual skills, it enabled a seamless collaboration between beginners and professionals. Furthermore, "SYNCROOM," a low-latency communication technology, allowed for remote rehearsals, overcoming physical distances for participants ranging from Aomori to Kumamoto. A total of 120 musicians playing 14 different instruments gathered, transcending genres from classical to rock and jazz. The sight of over five drummers and bassists playing in unison was truly breathtaking. Technology bridged their diverse backgrounds, realizing a performance that embodied the power of music to cross all boundaries.
