DETAIL

Clio Music Bronze

The Google “Ado” Yoru no Pierrot 360° Music Video, planned and produced by ENJIN TOKYO, has won a Bronze Award at Clio Music 2024.

Clio Music is a specialized award program derived from the Clio Awards—one of the world’s top three advertising awards alongside Cannes Lions and The One Show. It was established to celebrate the power of music to connect brands and consumers. The program honors creative contributions by marketers and communicators, as well as excellent work in artist self-promotion, music marketing, brand collaborations, and the use of music in advertising and trailers.

Produced as part of Google’s new project “I DISPLAY music.”, this award-winning work is an immersive music video that utilizes YouTube’s 360-degree video function, allowing viewers to see fan art scattered in all directions. When viewed via the YouTube app on a smartphone, users can enjoy the sensation of stepping inside the “Yoru no Pierrot” music video.

To highlight the appeal of artist Ado, who inspires a vast amount of User Generated Content (UGC), we issued an open call for illustrations related to “Yoru no Pierrot” to appear in the video as “Adoart” (fan art). This marks the first time an official music video has been created using Adoart, making it the first collaborative work made together with fans.
