Ierista Holdings Iriesta Holdings CI/VI Development for new brand, Corporate Advertisement

Developed new CI/VI and corporate advertisement for IERISTA HOLDINGS, an integrated real estate company in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Two real estate companies based in Kanagawa Prefecture (Usui Home Holdings and Heart Group Holdings) integrated their operations with a goal to become the No.1 real estate group in Kanagawa Prefecture. We were in charge of developing CI/VI for their new brand. We began by interviewing the management and young employees of each company to extract values and future goals that are common to both companies. Then we formulated a “vision, mission and values” for the two companies having different strengths to become one team. We developed a “corporate name” and “corporate logo” to stand for the group of housing professionals. For the new start, we created a 15 columns newspaper ad to introduce the corporate name, logo and express the company’s enthusiasm and also worked on their brand website.
